I need to look good in a swimsuit in a few weeks? I’ll pick best answer in 20min!?

Penelope Asked: I need to look good in a swimsuit in a few weeks? I’ll pick best answer in 20min!?

I'm having a evening pool 14th birthday party on like June 9 and im inviting my crush I've had since I was 10. (I'm hoping he'll get the message I like him if I flirt with him) but I have a little "pooch" as my aunt calls it that really doesn't flatter me in a swimsuit. I also have some eczema on my legs, 5 pimples on my back, and ugly jagged nails from gardening. So are there any cheap-ish things I could buy to fix these things? How should I paint my nails/trim them and buffer? How do I loose my little bit of chubbiness? Etc.
    Thanks

Assed icon smile I need to look good in a swimsuit in a few weeks? Ill pick best answer in 20min!? well for best results cardio (anything that gets your heart pumping.. Running) , and eat just a bit healthier. For the eczema, lots and lots of lotion. (I know because I have it). File your nails, clean them, paint them one color, but do a nice job and follow with a clear coat. As for your acne issue…. Wash your back more frequently and thoroughly. Maybe some acne medication, face wipes (but use them on your back)..hope I helped …
    Good luck!!

For the Pooch,do a dozen "Plank" exercises a day, for 30-60 seconds each to strengthen the Traverse abs which are the lower ab muscles. Do 5 or so sets of Bicycle ab exercises to tone your other ab muscles.Do some light swimming every day if you can. Swimming is good for toning in general and works many muscles that other exercises don't target.

Wear your hair long, guys like girls with long hair.
For the eczema, consider researching Salcura Dermaspray, a British product that tends to heal eczema rapidly for most people and leaves no mess or residue on the skin.
Get a swimsuit that looks good on you. Consider a Speedo if you have the body that can wear one.

petroleum jelly is usually safe to use, but there's a couple long term use issues that can be bad. Keep it out of your nose for one.

If you ask me the best eczema product available is Salcura Dermaspray. We've used salcura gentle on our child and it's amazing. It isn't messy like Petroleum jelly, leaves no residue, absorbs quickly. Now the best thing about salcura is it stops the itch in seconds, and heals the eczema rapidly. At least it did for our child.A lot of other people report similar results. It's all natural ingredients and over the counter. But you'll need to purchase it over the internet because it's only available from Britain.Check ExpressChemist for pictures and case studies, and other sites for user reviews.
All the Salcura products are amazing, including their shampoo (rated best by psoriasis sufferers) and Salcura Antiac, an acne treatment that was the best product a British tv show reviewed.

We think the salcura dermaspray gentle is 10 times better than anything else we tried for our child.

I have been diagnosed with recurring eczema of the ear canal?

Jan M Asked: I have been diagnosed with recurring eczema of the ear canal?

The doctor has suggested that I apply 2 x drops of olive oil once a week to keep the irritation at bay which doesn't work, and probably give 15 minutes of relief. Ears constantly itch and I'm dealing with olive oil which drips out of the ear. Are there any better remedies which will keep the irritation at bay?

I have total sympathy for you,it must be a nightmare! I 've just copied this for you and also provided the website to have a look at. Go back to your GP, Im sure there is more they can do for you.

    Copied;
Sometimes the inflammation in the ear canal is a local area of a skin disorder, such as a small patch of eczema or psoriasis. The symptoms in the ear may be similar to an infection, but bacteria or fungal germs are not the cause. This is uncommon, but the inflammation in the ear may flare up now and then just as skin disorders flare up from time to time. The treatment which is usually advised is steroidal ear drops whenever symptoms flare up.

Looks like maybe you're in Britain. If so, go check with the Chemist to see if they stock Salcura Dermaspray.

This product has worked for our child and is is a product from Britain, Salcura Dermaspray Gentle is what we use. We've used this for six months now. Seconds after our child's eczema was sprayed, he stopped itching. Hour by hour, to our eyes, we watched the inflamed skin subside. After the first day of use, we removed the bandages from him that we use to put on his wrists and ankles to prevent him from bleeding. His skin is perfect now, and we only need to spray his skin about once every 2-3 days as needed whenever we see him itching. Six months ago we sprayed his skin 4 times a day, then over the months we've had to spray his skin less and less.

This product is over the counter, made from all natural ingredients, has no mess whatsoever and absorbs into the skin in 1 -2 minutes. You don't even have to rub it in.

I get something like that too although mine is dermatitis. I just scratch it. However Calendula cream is good for eczema except it shouldn't be put in your ears as it will block your ear canal. Only olive oil will keep your canal from blocking as it is a liquid. I don't know of any other solution sorry.

I think the worst part of this problem is that you feel like you are going to lose your mind! Most treatments deal with topical treatments The first thing I would is to do a liver cleanse and do an elimination diet to see if it is due to food sensitivity. treat the cause not the symptoms.
