Icanseestuff Asked: How to treat this red, flaky, painful armpit rash?

A few days ago I tried waxing my armpit and I tried it a bunch of times, but the hair was too short. So, a few hours later, I got this large, bumpy, painful red patch. Today, I saw it being flaky and still red. What do I do? It might be my deodorant which is that Dove stuff that removes hair and it has looked a bit flaky after I use it, but It might be residue. Any tips? Treatments? I used some eczema cream on it and it hasn't gotten flaky, yet. Wait, I can see some flake coming back. Should I use more cream? Powder? Please help!
