There are not Hives. I've had these before and they went away in a couple of weeks. Now they're back and spread to my chest, breast, stomach, and arms.I'm sure they're not hives because hives come and go very quickly, these stay for awhile.
I have terrible eczema, but this is different, usually on the areas I have eczema it's a large blotch and is there for months and months, these are different because they are tiny and there are a lot of them all over. It's like they appeared over night.
I have no idea what it is, I know it is not hives, does anyone have an idea? Thank you so much.

Most likely they are rashes OR pitikia (its said as Piteekee-eye) in other words they are clotted blood cells that have been broken and to stop from internal bleeding the cells have clotted together. They are usually caused by scratching, which would explain why they are itchy. I suggest that you stop scratching it. Even if it is heat rash, you should still do the same. Heat rash is kind of self explanatory, you get it from the heat. But if you have stopped scratching and they have not gone away. I suggest you see a doctor because the another reason you may have pitikia is from low blood platelets.
