I have eczema on my face, arms, and slightly on my legs. This eczema includes redness and dryness. And there are bumps on my upper arms. I am just so sick of not wanting/being able to show my skin off, and I would like to know if there are ANY type of lotions or skin cream that can help it go away or atleast make it a lot less noticeable?
