Dry, itchy hands in summer?

Hi!,
Every year at the beginning of summer I get really dry, itchy hands. I wake up in the morning and they're itching so much they burn. They then start peeling. There is a family history of eczema but it doesn't look like that, it's not rashy or anything.I have tried a million kinds of moisturisers and vaselines etc, but if you have any suggestions as to anything that might help/what's wrong with my hands I would be grateful!
