I have this inflamed spot on my leg(had it for a while) it is very itchy. It sometimes becomes white looking and feels dry. It looks like a rash and I sometimes scratch it in my sleep without being aware I'm scratching it. Could this be eczema?

usually in more than one spotyou get it in sweaty places like inside the bendy bit of your elbows and knees and also where your legs rub togethr at the top of ur thighs

Quite possibly. I have the same on the backs of my arms. Try cortizone 10 for eczema
